Our Team

David Isserman

David is a co-founder of RareShare. In addition to RareShare, David serves as the president of Isserman Consulting, a successful communications consultancy that advises early-stage biotechnology, consumer products and technology companies.

David has served on the boards of World Aquarium, Conservation for the Oceans Foundation, Teens Care, St. Louis Chapter of The Explorers Club, and Great Rivers Habitat Alliance. He currently serves on the boards of St. Louis BioBlitz and Academy of Science of St. Louis. Recently, David served as an advisor to the National Geographic BioBlitz, which took place at Rock Creek Park in Washington, D.C.

David is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is currently an MBA student at Columbia Business School in New York.

Eric Steele

Eric graduated from Indiana University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in finance and entrepreneurship. After graduation, he founded ForePoint Networks, a wireless internet service provider delivering high-speed connectivity throughout rural Indiana which grew to cover over 2,000 square miles of wireless coverage. Eric's prior experience includes working for various technology startups and investment companies where he has assisted in closing multiple acquisitions and rounds of financing.
